Permanent Jewelry Booking – Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking your permanent jewelry appointment. By scheduling a service through our website or booking app, you agree to the policies outlined below.

1. Appointment Requirements
• All permanent jewelry services require a scheduled appointment.
• A valid name, email, and phone number must be provided at the time of booking.
• You must be 18 years or older to receive permanent jewelry services.
• Minors 13–17 may be serviced with a parent or legal guardian present.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
To respect our time and other customers:
• You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment.
• Cancellations or rescheduling attempts within 24 hours may result in restricted future booking ability.
• No-call / no-shows will be marked as missed appointments.

3. Pricing & Payments
• Pricing varies based on chain style, metal type, and charms selected during your appointment.
• Final payment is due at the time of service.
• We accept cash, card, or other listed payment options at checkout.

4. About Permanent Jewelry
Permanent jewelry is welded closed and designed to be long-lasting. However:
• It is considered semi-permanent, not guaranteed to last forever.
• Breakage can occur from:
• Snagging
• Pulling
• Wear and tear
• Activities involving force or friction
• Permanent jewelry should not be considered indestructible.

5. Repairs & Reweld Policy
• If your jewelry breaks at the weld point within 14 days, rewelds are free.
• Breaks occurring anywhere else on the chain are subject to a small repair fee.
• Lost jewelry is not eligible for replacement or refund.
• If the chain is damaged beyond repair, a new chain must be purchased.

6. Allergies & Skin Sensitivities
• Our jewelry is made from high-quality metals such as sterling silver, gold-filled, and solid gold (if offered).
• It is the customer’s responsibility to know their metal sensitivities.
• Wild Dandelion Boutique / Gullic Farm is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritation, or discomfort.

7. Medical & Work Considerations
Some workplaces, medical procedures, or imaging services (MRI, X-ray, surgeries, etc.) may require removal of permanent jewelry.
• If you are required to remove your jewelry, the chain may need to be cut.
• A reweld can be done afterward, but regular reweld fees apply.
• No refunds are provided if your jewelry must be removed for medical or workplace reasons.

8. Safety Disclaimer
• Our jewelry welding process is quick and safe when instructions are followed.
• Customers must remain still during welding.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we feel a situation is unsafe or the customer cannot comply with instructions.

9. Personal Liability
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Wild Dandelion Boutique / Gullic Farm is not responsible for injury, allergic reactions, or damage to jewelry due to misuse or accidents.
• You assume full responsibility for the wear, care, and safety of your permanent jewelry.

10. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for:
• Disruptive behavior
• Safety concerns
• Violated policies
• Inability to provide accurate information

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Wild Dandelion Boutique / Gullic Farm may update this policy at any time. Changes become effective once posted on the website.
